Detailed 9 Days Itinerary: Nairobi/Amboseli/Mombasa Coast/Tsavo West/Nairobi
Day 1: (12/03/2025) JKIA/ Nairobi(Bomas Of Kenya)
After morning arrival, you will be met at the Jomo Kenyatta airport by our driver guide and after greetings and introductions departs to the Nairobi city centre. At the city centre you will patronize a local restaurant for breakfast and relaxation.
In the afternoon, embark on a fascinating cultural journey with a visit to the Bomas of Kenya, a cultural village that showcases the rich and diverse heritage of Kenya’s various ethnic communities. Here, you will witness traditional homesteads (bomas), each representing the lifestyle and architecture of different tribes. You will also be treated to lively performances of traditional music, dances, and acrobatics in an arena setting, offering a vibrant and immersive experience of Kenya’s culture and traditions.
Later in afternoon leave the Bomas of Kenya and head back to the hotel to check in and have a relaxing meet and greet dinner session after a long flight. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Panafric Nairobi hotel (HB).
Day 2: (13/03/2025) Nairobi(Karura Forest)
After breakfast, you are picked by the driver guide and taken to the famous Karura forest which is one of the World greenest place next to a city and full of beautiful indigenous trees and natural vegetation. Some of the most fascinating activities to engage is trees study, hiking, cycling, relax under trees, bird and wildlife watching. You should end your visit with trees planting for sustainability during rainy season to leave some footprints and memories behind. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Panafric hotel (HB).
Day 3: (14/03/2025) Nairobi /Amboseli
After early morning breakfast, you drive to Amboseli National Park which is one of the most visited park in Kenya. You arrive in the afternoon and have time for lunch and later check in your rooms and relax. Later proceed for an afternoon game drive and you encounter zebras, giraffes, hyenas, hippos and wildebeests. Amboseli is known for some of the biggest elephants and buffaloes in Kenya. Among the water ponds sometimes are visited by the most beautiful pink flamingoes. You could also be lucky to view the thrilling Mt. Kilimanjaro (the highest single free-standing mountain in the world) if weather is clear. Dinner and overnight stay at Amboseli Serena lodges (FB).
Day 4: (15/03/2025) Amboseli /Mombasa
After early morning breakfast check out and drive towards Mombasa that is at the coastal sides of Kenya. On the way you will see lots of green sisal plantations and coconut trees as you head towards the beautiful Kenyan Coast. Arrive in late afternoon and have time to check in your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the luxurious Sarova Whitesands Beach hotel (HB).
Day 5: (16/03/2025) Mombasa(Fort Jesus)
After breakfast visit the famous old Fort Jesus built in 1593 by the Portuguese that is very rich with the coastal culture and history. The museum opened in 1962 and has become a popular attraction site for tourists, students and researchers. Inside the museum, you will find an intriguing collection of old archaeological artifacts preserved from the fort. Fort Jesus is one of the few UN World heritage sites today. In the afternoon have nice hikings along the Indian Ocean or just relax at the white sandy beaches of your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the luxurious Sarova Whitesands Beach hotel (HB).
Day 6: (17/03/2025) Mombasa
After breakfast visit old town of Mombasa and island that is very rich in Swahili culture that was much influenced by the coming of the Arabs in the 18th century. A taste of the local sumptuous and mouth-watering Swahili dishes is most memorable. In afternoon enjoy a fascinating Carmel ride along the beautiful beaches. Dinner and overnight at the luxurious Sarova Whitesands Beach hotel (HB).
Day 7: (18/03/2025) Mombasa/ Tsavo West Game Reserve
After breakfast you check out from the hotel and continue with amazing game drives as you exit the park and head back to Nairobi. You arrive in the afternoon and have some time to check in hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Panafric Nairobi hotel (HB)
Day 8: (19/03/2025) Tsavo West Game Reserve/ Nairobi
After breakfast you check out from the hotel and continue with amazing game drives as you exit the park and head back to Nairobi. You arrive in the afternoon and have some time to check in hotel and relax. Farewell dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Panafric Nairobi hotel (HB).
Day 9: (20/03/2025) Nairobi Tour & Departure
After morning breakfast visit some of the Nairobi beautiful shopping malls and city markets to purchase gifts and memorable souvenirs to take back home. Lunch at a local restaurant & check-out from the hotel Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for departure flight
